Gatteo Mare lies in the heart of an area rich in nature and culture.
From Hotel Simon you can organise various trips that will take you in search of nature’s treasures.
Such as Cervia’s Nature Park of the Salt Pan, about 15 km from the Hotel, in the direction of Ravenna: here you can admire magnificent sunsets and flamingos resting by the water’s edge in the valley, as well as taking part in guided tours, on foot or in a canoe, inside the nature reserve.

And if you head south, further inland from the coast, you can find Santarcangelo di Romagna, an enchanting medieval town whose cobbled streets come to life in the summer with music festivals and street artists.
